ALAN WAKE TRAINER 1.06.18.1326 crashes on the matching Steam version if you have a system running Nvidia drivers with 3D Vision 2 enabled. I confirmed this on my SLI 780m gaming laptop, but no crashes with the trainer on my older non-3DVision 2/Eyefinity laptop.

I assume it's because both the trainer and 3DVision 2 are injecting themselves into the same executable?

I am trying to find a way to disable the 3D Vision 2 driver from automatically running so that I can use the trainer to get past a tough portion of Alan Wake.

If I find a workaround I will reply to this post.

Yeah, seems to do the same for me. First time I tried the trainer was in the trailer park before the FBI cutscene, it didn't crash the game until the cutscene finished. Tried playing through that part without the trainer (since it serves no purpose at that point anyway,) but after the next checkpoint I can't start the game with the trainer active, because the memory can't be read with the trainer running.
