Thanks for the cheats.

Probably a bit late but I started the game today and changed all the

...(Distance=5000,PeekingDistance=500,...
to
...(Distance=0,PeekingDistance=0,...

in one go with Notepad++. There are 296 lines of those! I recommend Notepad++ over the normal Editor anyway

Make a backup of the file. Didn't check every line of course. But the game is running ok so far with no enemies seeing me.

What you have to do in Notepad++:
Open DefaultEnemy.ini in \Outlast\OLGame\Config. Choose Replace (CTRL+H), check Regular Expression in Search Mode, and search for
Distance=[0-9]+,PeekingDistance=[0-9]+
and replace it with
Distance=0,PeekingDistance=0
