Regarding the Trainer (WIN8), Unlimited Health, Ammo, Super Speed....

My new laptop has the highly crappy Windows 8 on it, and the trainer won't work as when it is activated the game crashes as soon as you go in to it.

I have the original CD of the game which is registered online rather than a downloaded version or a copy. Windows 8 doesn't seem to install the game onto the hard drive either as the shortcut links to the CD. I am currently stuck on the Radula Room which gives the 4th red paint pot as I keep running out of life before killing everything so it would be nice to go into a god mode just to get off the level.

Has anyone else had any issues with Windows 8 as I can't find any mentions of it?

That trainer only works with one specific source of the game, either steam or retail. We do not know which.

I have the retail one so it must be the Steam one it works with. Ah well looks like perseverance will be the way to move on!

Feel sorry for you and for myself I have purchased the retail copy from GAME it was a snatch at £4:99 and its still in its cellophane wrapper, i'll have to put it on ebay.

I do know it works on Win 7 as That is what I played it on before.
