Reason why as parts are extremely hard to come by. Therefore I would rather give her a new engine etc etc as close to the old one as possible. I would not modify the body or frame work. Maybe take out any back seats to enlarge the tank and the boot space.

my classic has new rims n stereo iys the same running gear but ive rebuilt it all and upspecd it
