Total War: Rome 2 Message Board  

I am playing the games tutorial and I'm at the part where I'm supposed to learn about naval warfare. Well I'm being told by the tutorial to if I'm right put my legion on the fleet but it wont do it for some reason. I left click on the legion and then right click on the fleet but nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention that there is an enemy fleet in the harbor and the game wont let me attack it with my fleet.

from what i seen and read, combat fleets, and transports are 2 diffrent units now, so you simply select the army, and tell it to move somewhere at sea, when it hits water, it changes from an army, to a small boat

i can't promise this is 100 % accurate, as im still unable to play the game myself due to horrible coding

Yep that's right, when you click on the sea the unit turns into a naval unit and vice versa.

Well as it turns out my troops were already in a transport and the game wanted me to merge my troops with a nearby fleet. So I disembarked my troops reembarked them onto ships and then tried merging them with the fleet. Well now nothing is happening and I can't end the turn. Also now there is an arrow pointing from my transport to the nearest enemy fleet.

i have a similar problem with naval except my units are stuck and cannot move no matter how many turns i end.

I think we have found a bug in the game by the sound of it.
