Then it's most likely the URLMON problem.
You'll notice that the GTA3 trainer is marked as WIN8 compatible and the other two are not. This is the Win8/IE10 URLMON incompatibility.

I followed the steps in the URL that you sent me before and this is my new "urlmon.dll" version is '9.0.8112.16457'.
