Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi,

I upgraded from my current Unlimited account to a Lifetime Unlimited account on the 11th August (I have the receipt from PayPal). I read on the forums here that it's a manual process so there can be a delay. However as of today my account is still set to expire on the 25th August.

Could someone take a look at my account?

I suggest sending the transaction (screenshot is best) of the details when you click that button on the transaction and send it to chris@cheathappens.com

Thanks, after posting my original post I reread the sticky at the top and send the email to Chris. Will see what happens.

Meanwhile try to clear cache and cookies and see if it helps.
