Unlimited Ammo isn't working in my game, tried everything to get it working. Everything else works correctly except unlimited ammo
Can confirm that...
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
I guess this is the wrong procedure, as I did it and was told that it was the wrong thing to do.
The Infinite Health is not working for me. I did exactly that and was told that I was wrong to use the update notification system to report it.

then it was tested to work fine, so i suggest you read the instructions as the option works fine for others.
Trainer 17.2 doesn't remove itself under the Trainer Manager Updates. Keeps saying it needs updating but it was updated.
