I've installed the latest game on steam and tested the latest trainer. It works fine, health makes me invincible (I took more damage as without but didn't died) until I deactivate it. Are you using the trainer while playing on a server? That would explain why its only visual for you.

Have the latest trainer, disabled EAC and let the trainer pass through my firewall and A/V with all permissions and I can't get Infinite Ammo to work. What am I doing wrong?

I think the weapon used has to be in the right slot for it to work, not sure if it's still the first slot or not, try them all.

Tested all slots...no Infinite Ammo.

installing it now for a test.
Can't get it to work either, trainer may need an adjustment. Make sure there are no mods installed as well, they break trainer options. Going to double check with 0x90.
