I tried the next to newest trainer and that started to work, at least it said it activated cheats, but nothing changed; later it crashed.
But also in a non-trainer session, after about 30 minutes the game just froze up; so, who knows.

Na it just says trainer cannot find game.

Game uses a different executable file so can't even test if it worked or not (sriv.exe instead of SaintsRowIV.exe)

I tried to change money into cosmos. I found value 500 -> 99000. and there are 500 in the game. it doesn't change to 99000$
