Maybe it my version if so disregard. Got the game for free from GOG. I see it says windows 8 and above. I have tried compatibility mode, but as others have said in the thread for the trainer, after i hit F1 it crashes game. I have done all the steps requested as far as diabling antivirus which none of your trainers ever pop up on its radar so not concern about that (all the rest are fine, and i checked my logs and quarantine for files nothing listed for this. just not sure If i need to give points or money to get it working. any advice appreciated. But it could just be my version also. If so just yep.
The trainer is written for the Steam version of the game.
I am not sure what is going on, I noticed the trainer is still active, so I downloaded the latest version, went to start it, and it starts to open, but then windows (Win10) opens one of those "How do you want me to open this file?" windows... and it says it is a ".tmp" file.
I tried redownloading the trainer, doing all the usual trainer trouble shooting, nothing seems to let me start it.
Help please?
It's about the tmp file called ~Mnn133.tmp which is created in the Windows Temp folder -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\
You need to exclude this file from scans in your security software. Very likely it's already in your sec software's quarantine where you should restore and probably getting a automated scan exclusion.
