trainer not downloading properly

OK, every time I try to download the trainer 2.00.5008, I get anywhere from 3.4Kb to 8.8Kb. Why? Before the default answer of turning off antivirus and all that sort of thing, I DID. I've had these problems with quite a few trainers over the last few months, and have tried using both Firefox and IE. If I can't download the trainer, then, really what is the point of the site?
