Found the Dwarf Il Mor in Arden Mountain/Korovia Cave, he wants medicine, no quest activated

I got he wants Pahrun's Tears Heavy Silken Thread and Rakia, have I missed anything.

Is Pahrun's Tears buyable if it isn't where does it grow.

Deep Den, is the monolith thingy the activation for the Cemetery and what is supposed to happen when you click on it at night?

Did that and heard nothing nor got any experience.
