The past couple days my trainers have been acting funny. The trainer activates, "Trainer activated", but the cheats themselves won't. I press the corresponding keys but I don't get the voice feedback, and the cheats clearly don't work in-game. When I try to deactivate the trainer, I get no response either.
To troubleshoot I've tried disabling anti-virus, and everything is being run as administrator. This has just cropped up in the past two days, since three days ago I was playing with the trainer no problem.
The three games I've tried this on are L.A. Noire, Borderlands 2 and Bioshock Infinite, all on Steam. The only thing I can think to have changed is the steam updates, but I've completely updated steam now and the problem persists.

I suppose that was worth asking, but yes, it was on. I should have also mentioned I tried changing trainer keys to non numpad buttons, which also didn't work.
Edit: Is that Keitaro??

Check if your game version matches your trainer versions. And yes

If you're getting no response from the trainer then there is either a problem with your keyboard or something is blocking it. Completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer and game. do a windows clean boot.

First I'd like to thank you guys for the help, but I've solved the issue. I made a folder with all my trainers, and placed that folder inside a toolbar folder on my start menu (right click on the taskbar, Toolbars, New Toolbar). Seems the cheats wouldn't activate until I moved the trainers to a different folder. Maybe windows had trouble with the file path or something, I am not sure. All I know is the cheats work.
