You mean level them up by using the trainer? Please read instruction carefully. You need to load your inventory by MOUSE HOVER your FIRST slot ingame and pressing F2. Then switch back to the editor and RIGHT CLICK on the item slot where your item is placed in. Now you can change the level by editing the value and don't forget to click on the green mark next to the field to apply changes.
This is great. I ended up giving up on this because I couldn't get it to work but it turned out I derped and missed the bit about using RMB to select the item.

I read in another thread how you spent hours working out the item editor part of this. The people at CheatHappens are amazing.
Edit: So after selecting with RMB I get numbers like 16842753 and -3670011
Am I doing something else wrong?
