I ran into the same problem, and I just realized that I was trying to use the GOG version, #1 in the list, with Steam. Make sure you are grabbing the Steam version, #2 in the list. They are both for the same build version, but the Steam one was posted October 11. Everything is working with the right version.

If you love their trainers, get the unlimited membership! It is absolutely worth it.

Tried this game years ago, it'd crash eventually after modifying research points. Not immediately, but some turns later. Decided to give the game a go today again, figured a few years of patches to both the game and the trainer might solve the issue.. but nope. Still crashed exactly like it did back then. Shame, it looks to be a pretty decent game too.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Old

Numpad ,: Instant Dragon Timer
F2: Heal Selected Unit
F3: Damage Selected Unit
F4: Perfect Popularity
F5: Increase Gold Revenue
F6: Increase Research Points Revenue
F7: Increase Population
F8: Change Country's Ownership

New

+: Instant Dragon Timer
.: Heal Selected Unit
PgUp: Damage Selected Unit
PgDn: Perfect Popularity
Ins: Increase Gold Revenue
Home: Increase Research Points Revenue
End: Increase Population
F1: Change Country's Ownership

Just in case someone wonder (I only put the changed keys), the trainer is working as expected...wonderfully 😍

Latest trainer for steam+gog does not work on gog as it does not check for the correct executable. DCApp.exe is only used to launch DragonCommander.exe

Don`t blame the player if you can`t play the game!
