At the main menu page, I pressed the F1 button and get an audible reply but it still come back with the same error as of before

Pressing F1 in the game's main menu gave me the audio confirmation and using the options in-game - working without errors and as intended.
It would have been handy to know that the Main Menu Page was the Blue X-Division screen and not the one were you select the new or save game!
Thank You to all for their Help.

So a long, painful story short, pressing option 4 while in the community edition mode, causes my labs go to 0/0 lab space...permanently, and on EVERY save, no matter what. As in, if I make a new game, fill up all the autosave slots, make a manual save, etc, and never press option 4, my labs work perfectly fine in all of the saves. If I then load the latest save, press option 4, completely exit the game, start the game up without the trainer even on, every single save has been bugged where labs are showing as 0/0.
I have spent HOURS checking mods, verifying the cache, doing everything I can to find out what was causing it, and the last unknown was the trainer. The only option I use on it is 4. Started a new game, checked my lab, everything was fine. Fired up the trainer, pressed 4, lab goes to 0/0.
Now, option 4 is meant to be used only on the tactical part of the game, and that is exclusively where I have used it. As soon as the victory screen shows up at the end of a mission, I turn the trainer option off. Always, every time, without fail. It was still causing this issue. It has only been during these tests that I was using it during the strategic part of the game.
I'm not going to report this as a bug, because truth be told there are far too many factors to consider here. Maybe the mods that come with the community edition change something that the trainer doesn't play nice with, I don't know. I haven't tried playing it without any mods or without the community edition. I just wanted to put this out there in case someone else ran across this issue.
