Wargame: AirLand Battle Message Board  

No one is blaming anyone. :P But I figured it out a minute ago, I only tried it with the first one but open the first file in that folder, back up your game files and replace the files in the main folder with the ones in the first patch folder you found. It has worked just fine for me.

It works however its buggy as hell. I keep crashing whenever I am close to defeating the ai in skirmish.

It was buggy to begin with hence the update already if the wizard was smart I would wait a couple of months until they finished getting all the patches and bugs fixed before pushing out another trainer or we are going to be back like WEE where they were pushing out updates almost every other day and couldn't keep up with the demand of updates to the trainer. This game came out way to fast with beta bugs that weren't fixed and now are finally getting addressed.

Well there is only one way to find bugs in a game on people many configurations of computers. And that is to let them play and report them. I think they are doing a great job at finding them and I believe the game was ready to release. I think we are lucky to have a very involved staff that actually fix the bugs quickly instead of waiting months and than doing a massive patch. A lot of the stop people complain about anyways are balance issues with the game, because they don't think some of the stuff is "fair."

If anyone would like to rollback, you may use this version 2060001225 (\Steam\steamapps\common\Wargame Airland Battle\Data\PC) copy the .exe and put it back into the main folder.

I am still using that version + the first trainer version. Works fine without issues.

Yeah it turns out this works just fine. SO instead of people complaining in the future.... just rollback the game than there will be no problems

Steam works like this -

You can turn off automatic updates for any game in your library and they won't update ever...

BUT if you ever play that game again it will turn on automatic updates for that game again.

So basically it's pointless to use it unless you like having a game on your hard drive that you're never going to play.
