Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Message Board  

I have been trying to use the editor for the game and it does not work. I tried as a unl member and now as a free member. This is the first trainer editor that I have obtained that has not worked I tried all the FAQ tips etc but still no luck. The editor will get to the box that states click ok to launch, which I do so but nothing happens after. Am I missing something? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Run editor as admin and disable your AV. Any security software is blocking the trainer from executing.

Thanks got it to work it would seem that my anti-virus was preventing it. I checked my logs and didn't see anything so I did not think it would be necessary, so I would put it on silent mode (which normally works with issues like this) and I finally just turned it off and it worked. Noob. Thanx again!!

Is there any way to change the DPS a weapon can do?

hi there, not seeing any reports of this or if anyone else noticed, I downloaded the item editor for 1.1.0.0 but after extracting the files and running it, it says it's for version 1.0.0.8 instead. Did the download serve me the wrong file or it's just cosmetics?

The latest editor doesn't seem to work properly. When you put the CH launcher into the game file directory it doesn't find your characters while launching it from that, and using it with the trainer launcher doesn't work either. Can we get a possible fix for this?

I've tested the editor and it's working on my side using the launcher. Does the editor display used slots? Does the editor display any item properties? Or isn't it working at all for you?

I can open the Editor. But when i launch the game from the launcher that is included in the download it can't find my characters. It just gives me a popup menu with either "Offline" or "username" which does nothing when clicking either one.
