I set steam not to update this game but instead of updating at update release it updates when I run the game! How do you stop it from updating AT ALL?

Hi there, I updatedthe game to 1.1.0.0 and launched trainer put the trainer launcher into main folder but the game does not run when i execute the trainer launcher no matter what i tried,does anyone got same issue or experience how to overcome the issue?
