    As quoted from my blog:

"League of Legends: Auto Attack animation sound doesn't play sometimes.

Crysis 3: Bullet sound of the mounted MLG on the mission "Only Human", doesn't play, even though it did not so long ago.

Got this a few months ago on old PC in Mount & Blade and some others, problem was cables from speakers to PC were in bad positions, switched them, all was okay."

But I just noticed that Skyrim characters sound like they are underwater if I am looking at them, but if I look away it is fine. This may or may not have happened when I updated my ATI drivers 2 weeks or so ago. I am not using my sound card anymore but my built in audio on the motherboard.

    Thanks in advance.

Double check that the speaker output settings are set to the correct speaker configuration.

Set to 5.1, and I have 5.1 speakers.

    42bit, 48000 Hz

Alright, I searched around and it appears as if Skyrim doesn't like surround sound.

I don't think that answers your other problems, however.

Specially so considering it worked fine not long ago.

    Link

There's that Unknown Device which I don't believe has been there since I have the new PC, but the Realtek audio is detected and working fine.

Whatever just FML, thanks for trying, can't have good sound for too long, poor ArchDuke

It's working now, Realtek drivers no good, removed them and let Windows install theirs, its working fine now.

Thanks to both of you for your assistance.
