disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. lower browser security. try different browsers, etc. something on your pc is blocking it. file is fine.
drop a quarter in the jar on your way out.

Ah yeah, it was my damned antivirus, I put the folder where I keep my trainers in exceptions but it was blocking the download itself. All other trainers downloaded fine, I didn't suspect my AV. Thanks mate.
