The game references the below location for save games: %appdata%\StarTrekPC\
Where %appdata% refers to the system environmental variable for the Roaming Application Data store for programs. Entering it in Windows Explorer will automatically translate it to the directory it is set to.

Any chance you could upload that savegame now that the location is known. I've been stuck for some time, it would be great if I coudl skip ahead.
