Mass Effect 2 Message Board  

I tried this and even though I repaired it said I was missing of a missing .dll and said I had an invalid license. Any help from people who got it to work would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to say I used Keokri's method of renaming the exe's. that's what I couldn't get to work.

I have the exact same problem as jyn8462 has. I tried repair installing the game and renaming the files but i still got an error message about invalid license.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also used Keokri's suggestions; it worked fine for me. The secret is do the repair first, then do the 'file rename trick." The trainer now works just like it should, even the EZKills option; it looks like the root cause IS the files being moved. Good luck!

The trainers will not work due to Bioware sending out an update in 2011 after the last 1.02 Trainer was released in 2010. Until the trainers are updated, you will always get the "trainer cannot find game" message.
The Trainers will work if you reload the game and do not update the game to v1.02 thru Bioware!
