I figured out how to edit the hero skills. You can not only add levels, but replace a skill with another skill, regardless of class. I've tried a couple times to submit it as a cheat, but I'm getting a 404 error. Thoughts? I tried clearing my cache and login, but no go.

Great news: you can repeat the same skills. I have a warrior with 3 Ranged Tactics at Level 5 - he gets +3 range, +6 ranged damage, and +6 ammo for all ranged units. He's like a tank backed up by machine guns. He also has Scouting at Level 5, which gives him 18% exporation (35/2).

I also just discovered that you can have more skills than visible slots. I just got my 12th skill (there's only 11 skill slots) at level 20. Very nice.

HI! I have 4 different heroes, is there any way to hack them all? Because the trainer always shows me 1 hero my main.

The other heroes are labelled generically, not by name. While it is possible to do this with a hex editor, it will likely be more difficult to implement with the official editor.

0x90: I have a save file with multiple heroes in it that I can submit if needed. Is this something you're looking into?
