Maybe it's a bug...maybe not. Web tab isn't working. Seems like the TM is unable to access the web or something. Or maybe it's an incompatibility thing with IE 10 or whatever version Windows is using these days. The TM itself seems to work fine. It sees and loads all of my Trainers and what not. What I am unsure of is whether or not it is updating successfully and actually informing me of outdated trainers or not. If someone knows whether or not these features are affected, an answer would be appreciated. So long as the TM still lets me know if a particular trainer is up to date or that the TM itself is the current version, then I can do without the browser tab.

Do you have a trainer manager that is compatible with Chrome?

Sorry but there is no resolution for IE10 as Microsoft changed some core feature for some unknown reason. You will have to uninstall it or in the case of Windows 8, dual-boot Windows 7.
    Your bitterness, I will dispel

Ouch...Well that sucks...How does this interfere with other features of the TM? Like it's ability to let you know if trainers are old or need updating...Or it's ability to update itself for that matter.

Also, Has another browser been considered? I know nothing of how this works, but if the problem is IE, then why not have the TM use something else, like Google Chrome or something?

I just tried the TM on my Windows 8 PC (which also has IE10) and it worked fine, all functions. Web browser, trainer checking, etc.

My guess is that something on your end, possibly an IE extension or addon, or some kind of security application is interfering. Also make sure that you right click run as admin on the TM.

I was having the same problem, my Anti Virus, Norton Security Suite, just recently made the trainer manager untrusted and blocked it, had to unblock it in the firewall settings.

    Now it works fine again!
