Far Cry 3 Message Board  

Does anyone else just find this game incredibly boring? I was kind of expecting something like Fallout 3 with the open world and quests and such. Maybe I just misunderstood, but regardless, this game has just bored the crap out of me. Really wish I hadn't wasted the money on it.

Nope this has not bored me at all. I am enjoying this game very much. Maybe next time you do some research on the game you are going for.

I Love this game and still play it when i can.only downfall for me about it ,is they took the vehicles out of multiplayer,that really ****ed me off.

Wow, I don't know why my personal opinion caused a reply like that. I did research it; like I said, I misunderstood. No big deal. Heaven forbid someone feel differently than you.

Only issue I have is the unable to connect to the services to download my extra stuff. Oh and having to switch from game pad for driving and keyboard for everything else.

JUST BOUGHT THE GAME on sale for $8 - I read the comments here, but found little actual help in figuring this game -
So to anyone reading this, what exactly is 'boring' and 'fun' about it?
I haven't used the trainer yet, and I find the beginning confusing - it is not like the other FC games at all. I haven't even finished the first 'gathering' of items. Instead I find new ways to die; swimming, falling, eaten to death by boars, etc. Hope the trainer will help some.
Also surprised there are no walkthroughs.
I like the graphics.
