Game is currently crashing when activating the trainer. Not sure what happened with this last steam update but it broke the trainer for me I need to remember to shut off auto updates in the future >_<

Found the source of the problem. Seems something in steam got completely corrupted. I had already followed the posted advice about crashes elsewhere about making sure AV/Firewall are disabled, redownloaded the trainers and games but still had 3+ games crashing with trainer activation. A friend of mine said his steam was causing issue a while back and the fix was to essentially delete everything in the steam folder EXCEPT the SteamApps folder and the Steam.exe. This forces steam to rebuild itself while retaining all your downloaded stuffs. After doing this voila, trainers no longer crashing.

the "Building heal" commands 8~9[] are for player owned only=is that correct? map buildings you can hide in don't register the heal(which is probably what players are maybe doing?).

OMFG!!! Call in the military reserve!!!

Alright this might not work for everyone but it did for me. For those of you that has COH2 on steam, go to [Your Steam directory]\Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes 2. Right click on RelicCoh2.exe -> compatibility tab -> check the box that says "Run this program as an administrator".

After which run COH2 trainer and then steam COH2, the trainer should work now. No more CTD and bug splash. Again it worked for me, hope it helps.

By the way I am on windows 7.

Worked like a champ! No more ridiculous "Bug Splat" reports or "repatching" of Steam files. Thanks bro!

steam made many installs of this game re-download portions of the game for no apparent reason.

however, you can go to the options and see that the version number has not changed.

Out of the blue the game crashes today when pressing F1 to enable the CoSMOS. Looked for any updates (on Steam/COH2 webpage/Version number) but none mentioned so far. Does anyone have the same problem?
