I have no idea how I search people. One thing I never figured out.

You should not wanting to join only for the stars, It is only to identify us. But our job is not for fun, I will not sound harsh but you should not even think about joining us if you aren't in for the course

That is fine, and I understand but that is why I asked.
I do not know what it involves as I cannot find any information laying around etc, which is why I asked how do you get them and what has to be done basically but thank you for the heads up and thank you for 2 comments above with the search link.
