Stuck on loading at Simmons Final fight

With the trainer just running, not activated, the game is getting stuck at the loading screen, right after the cut scene with Leon riding the elevator. Any idea what could be causing this?

Try running in windowed mode.

Known bug, use the same solution as how to skip C4-4 for Leon's Campaign.

Awaiting official patch release for fix.

Patch is out. You probably have to restart chapter.
