Decided to play M3 again, N7 DDE, all DLC. Awesome game, wanted to finish it during my vacation. Someone who doesn't like me must have called EA to put their servers down. This is why always being online sucks. It's not a problem on my end, it's the problem of EA not being able to provide me with my game when I want to play it. It just ****es me off. Done.

I might be a little late here but you can play ME3 offline and still get your galaxy at war and war assets from the MP side, you have to turn origin into offline mode,
Launch the game.
Go to the war room on the Normandy
Click on War map
It should bring up your readiness rating in %
then go back to the assests and find your N7 Specs Ops
Everything should still be there.

if you are worried about the DLC not being included all you need is a local save where you have verified the dlc to start with.
mind you, this is all dependant on you having a local save and not relying on the cloud sync.
