Silly comment, they weren't being liars, they said it won't work offline and this mod as said doesn't fully open the game, you can't save etc.

So what lies are you talking about?

Maybe do a little research before you start criticizing people.

They have said it is not possible to play the game offline on more than one occasion. I know you cannot save it. That was not my point.

EA/Maxis has said numerous times that offline mode is not possible. Well, it is. And that would make it a lie.

Based on what the mod said, by removing 2 lines, seems simple enough to me.

Again I will say they spoke the truth, if you were to play fully offline you should be able to save your progress but you can't

Ergo you can't play offline (technically yes but only for the time you want it to be, unless you plan on leaving your game running for days without quiting).

So again they didn't lie.

Also I work for them :P (Bioware that is, so technically EA since Bioware is a subsidiary of EA).
