I've the actual game version and the actual trainer and there is only "trainer can't find game" and then the game crash every time

Yeah, 1.07B just crashing the game when i'm trying to make fast research

then try the 1.07 #2 trainer.

it works. in fact the last trainer still works.

The latest trainer (1.07B) crashes the game when attempting to use Easy Research.

The other trainer seems to work, the one with Reduce All Days of Research. But, that's not what I want. I want Easy Research.

Here is the crash message:

"Whoops! Please contact the developers with the following info (1.07B):

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."


Also, not running any antivirus. Windows 7, 64 Bit. Tried running game and trainer as Admin... still crashes game on Easy Research.

Ensure 3rd part security software is properly configured or disabled. Ensure your trainer version matches your game version as well

There is no 3rd party software running.

Game version 1.07B. Ditto for trainer.

The crash message appears to be coming directly from the game itself.

Also, I'm at least the 3rd user that has reported the Easy Research crash today. There's got to be another way to troubleshoot this.

I am also experiencing this same exact issue, I'm not new to trainers and I concur that there is obviously a problem. The crash is immediate and consistent every time. Fully updated Win 8 64bit fresh Stardrive install 1.07B, trainer 1.07B nearly fresh windows install on a very well built rig. I'm sure it will get resolved though, these guys don't mess around.


(EDIT) *To be more specific, each option produces a notice from the trainer stating cannot find game. After roughly 10-15sec with each option it states trainer activated with no results. After this as soon as the research menu is opened the game immediately crashes. The crash is due to the way the trainer accesses the memory for the research menu and option one fails to make changes. Hope this helps.*
