Same issue here except it wasn't just my zergling's getting stuck, but also banelings, roaches, queens and even Kerrigan. I hadn't noticed the issue till after the recent patch but I hadn't gotten that far in the game yet. The issue showed itself in the Domination and then the Fire in the Sky missions and that's as far as I've managed to get thus far, but it's good to know the two possible root causes being the raptor variants and the invincibility.

Right, every unit gets stuck on the invisible walls, but it's the raptors with invincibility that spawn these walls.

i havent experienced this at all no unit got stuck as of yet.

Ok, so I finally ran into the issue and can confirm on the third mission against the Protoss, the Ship One, IF you only create two Zerglings and then when you can use Roaches or something else you should be fine.
I went through the mission again and tried that and I was able to play through with zero issues. Prior to that I did get my queen and half my brood stuck in doorways.
Can someone confirm my findings?

I faced same problem with my raptor (incl. raptor mutated baneling) and, not quite sure but also with roach, from Char missions to Zerus Missions. (I am not yet proceed further with cheat.)
It seems like fine up to four raptors, but when I morph six or more raptors, they start to run circle
And I just remember that during the first Kaldir mission, six roaches did the same thing with raptors even though there were no raptor in that mission.

did a play of the protoss ship, for what its worth it seems that the invisible walls spawn EXACTLY where enemy protoss use to be. not sure if issue occurs on terrans also but seems to be raptor+invicibility = same data code to remove dead protoss data.
bit of a pain in the rear but hopefully a simple fix. always thought fast zerg were better but just wanted raptor for cheating. guess my choice was forced.

hello i can also confirm units getting stuck for me it´s drone in taht ancient mission harvesting meat they just get stuck. will they do better wiyhou the invincibilty option?
