Feedback, Complaints or Problems

First of all sorry for my bad english.
My problem is that I downloaded the "savegame" cheat.
I installed it in the game directory (I have a pc "steam" version of the game) but it does not work.
I understood that installing this cheat I could have been able to play all campaign missions but it does not work.
There is no explanation how to install it or how to activate it.
Could someone explain me what I did wrong or what I should do in order this cheat to have effect? (please in the most easy way steep by steep)

It's not really a "savegame cheat" it's a savegame = It's a save from the game where every mission is unlocked. I do not know this game but there must be saves hidden somewhere you put the file in there

Many thanks Angel for Your reply.Of course this does not solve my problem. I payd for this cheat but it does not work or better said there is no istructions in how to use it.(I presume that should be extract in the game directory where the game is and this is what I did but it does not work).
I hope someone is responsable by "cheathappens" to reply to my question.

EDIT: Okay What you do with the savegame is you place the files in the game folder, There should be some sort of savegame folder in there and you just place it in there. If this does not work I will try explain it further

I am at the moment not in front of my pc so I will do it in about one hour or less.
Aniway as I remember in the game directory there is not a real "savegame" file.
Of course the best thing is that You should have the game as well in order to see from Your side the game directory.
I remember the the "cheat" file is just one file called "Namco".
I installed it in the game directory where is the same file "Namco" and I expected that this was okay but as I said before nothing is changed.

Now I am home and I tried again but as said before, nothing changed and missions are still blocked.

I put the "savegame"file in the game folder but it does not
change anything. missions are still blocked.
