Has anyone figured out how to force laws to pass (in a democracy) without necessarily moving towards a dictatorship... either via CoSMOS or a Ctrl Shift Enter phrase?

hi tlv. I read you can find some code in the artmoney. can you find for me Brunei. because I have trouble finding it. how do you know the code is for that particular country ? because I cant seem to see any names in the code.

you can't force a law in a "democracy" you can try and push them as much as you can but ultimately it's up to the citizens and the "congress"
