but really Neo7?? you threating a customer?? i know what i said may not be nice, but at less you could have ask me to be nice.. not telling me to watch my mouth... this is the first time that i have ever said any bad thing or word about CH...

and everybody in life have a bad day also, and i did not take it out on anybody nor you...

There is not really any exceptions.. Customer or not people have to behave or they will get punished. I did once get too offensive which I regret. And lost 10 post points.

ok i stop talking about it.. but i would like to say one thing b4 i stop... i am a business owner aswell, i have seen and deal with many offensive customer,

and yet i was never once tell them to shut they mouth or manner up....

i am not saying that this will give me right to be rude,, but when customer voice out there fustration or others, please listen and answer, and talk to them.. ( nicely )

i dont no how Pwiz deal with his staff, but if i was the boss i will tell my staff to look after the customer 1, if he/she still offensive then you can tell them off...

still i love this Web CH.. gave me alot of good trainer & tips.. so hopefully they get around to this game soon...
