we study about 9 months from scratch, begining with 6421 module
including the cloud module which is the last, the course costs here about 6000$ after conversion.
is it a lot for this kind of course? and the mcse course include the cloud module in the u.s?

MCSE is good for general every day simple tasks that many people will require some easy fixes for.

When you go into the realms of MCITP, MCTS, CISSP, ITIL, CCNP and CCNA to name a few, those become more specialized and focused into specific areas and are more in depth.

To be honest with you, and I also have an MCSE, that particular course is way over priced. In the end yes I can add it to my CV/Resume but what I got from it is the suitcase of goodies and the chance to beta every OS and App they have (instant free access to the Dev Network site).

Other than that, if you wish to mainly focus on a specific area I suggest getting a cheaper and more in depth qualification.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
