Okay well first of all for this to work you need a City built on an Essence resource that way you can use the Essence cheat on the trainer to increase the amount in that city.

Once you have a large amount of Essence in a city go to the Spells tab for City, in Total theres 4 Spells that you need to cast on the city, Aura of Grace, Aura of Might, Aura of Vitality and Heart of Fire. These spells give units built in the city with them the equiv stats of 1 Essence, so if you give your City 15000 Essence the Aura of Vitality spell will give a unit an additional 15000 Hit Points.

Same goes with the other spells, Grace for Init(speed), Might for Defense, Vitality for HP and Heart of Fire for Fire Attack +1 per Essence.

With those 4 Spells you can have super units without having to use the Super Unit Trainer option which only buffs one unit.

Again, for this to work you need to have a City that has access to Essence so building a city on an Essence tile is important as the trainer option doesn't work if the city doesn't have atleast 1 Essence.

    Hope this helps.

Another thing I want to add, for those of you familiar with CoSMOS, values such as Metal/Crystal and the others on the top status bar can be found under Float Truncated. Instead of CH adding those options to the trainer you should be able to do them yourselves. just search for the value as you normally would and you can edit how much you have.
