Gonna have to install this to check a few things, stand by. ETA 10 mins

Does the trainer not open or do none of the options work in game?

So far number two trainer for the STEAM version is working fine with unlimited health and guitar, don't use health till done the tutorial mission before going to Stonehenge. Add fire tributes is working. Have not got to a timed mission yet.

Also McAfee Live Safe may need each individual trainer added to exclusion list.

the trainer opens, and the game opens, but for some reason it cannot get a handle on the NON-Steam version of brutal legend (BrutalLegend_NoSteam.exe file) that I run; I got this game so I could play it offline, without the need of steam, but if I can't use the trainers without running the steam version, then dang it

I don't even know if running the 1st brutal legend.exe file (steam version) will startup steam and add it to my library, so to avoid that, I've been using the non-steam version.

You are trying to play the non-DRM game downloaded from Humble, right? - Neither of our trainers work with this version.

Add the game to your Steam library and use the Steam trainer.

Good for health, bad for education.

I really wish I didn't have to re-download the game again, because now I'll have to deal with my brother's complaining on why internet is crap and why he dies (sucks) at PUBG, and him wanting to reset the internet, but fine, ill use the steam version and just give him the non-drm version I got

Launch Steam and once the download process started, pause and close the Steam client.

Then copy+paste your already downloaded game content into the folder Steam prepared for the game, launch Steam again and verify the game cache for this game. Maybe this saves you the whole download.

Good for health, bad for education.
