Mine works perfectly fine with exclusions in place in Windows Defender. All signs are pointing to your antivirus/security software not allowing it to run.

Where does this trainer put the temp files? Then I check if those folders are excluded as well.
I have excluded the folder locations for the usual trainer locations. Because the hades, CP 2077 and a few other trainers work fine.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work needs to be in exclusions

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp hold most trainer data and the following may trigger security.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\CH_Temp.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\~Mnn133.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\~CheathappensTrainer.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\CH.dll

Those folders were already excluded.
I reinstalled the game and downloaded the trainer again and didn't.
For whatever reason this trainer won't work on my PC. But the other ones do work.
I am giving up trying to get this one to work.

Re-install ALL of these
Have both 3.1 and latest .NET CORE and FRAMEWORK

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link

.NET Framework (get latest) Link

(Both of the Net-Core MUST be installed x86 and x64)

Reboot PC When done.

And use the SFC tool.

Tried the above and still doesn't work.
alt+tabbing to the trainer with the game running still shows "run the game and press F1". I press F1 and nothing happens in the game still.
I have searched and tried a trainer from elsewhere and it worked, but it doesn't have the auto QTE option which is the main thing I wanted.

Someone will need to have eyes on your system at this point, setup a support ticket and request a TeamViewer session.

I thought this might be worth mentioning here but this trainer also works with the GOG GOTY edition of the game. I used it for a little bit to get past a section of the game that I hate and had no problems with any of the options
