use the ` key (no shift).
Did that still no console, just ran Elder Scrolls Skyrim and the Tilde key works ok in bringing down the console.looks like something is blocking it just on the Origin Games. All virus protection is off so I am at a loss at whats blocking me.
If you go to your Device Manager (Start>Control Panel>Device Manager) and go under "Human Interface Devices", do you have "Infrared Transceiver" or "Microsoft Infrared Transceiver"?
Sometimes those will disable the tilde...weird if it works for one game and not another without rebooting. Have you tried F12? I read that somewhere too...sometimes they switch.
I'll keep looking around for others.
It says Microsoft Infrared Transceiver.F12 does nothing.I enabled the console in Aliens Colonial Marines and the Tilde key brings the console down ok in that game also.Of course in Aliens the console is useless because all commands revert to a say command.Like I said Its just in the two Crysis games that the tilde key won't work.
Try disabling the Microsoft Infrared Transciver through the device manager and running Crysis3 to see if the tilde works then.
That fixed for both Crysis games!thanks for the help!Of course I'll have to reuninstall it each time I reboot which only takes a few seconds, thats easier than going to the registry or disabling my auto driver update.
