Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Please forgive me for posting this topic again, but i bought the month membership in November and just upgraded to the lifetime membership today. before hand, i deleted all files from the previous trainer. Then I made the transaction and all was looking good. i redownloaded the same trainer I previously used with the correct version of my game, and the red bar pops up at the top "Invalid Trainer User".

Now I haven't updated any drivers or installed any programs as I was saving my money for this membership 💛
i have read the other posts and I have cleared my browsing cache, uninstalled my antivirus and deactivated firewalls all before rebooting several times. i even successfully got the offline activation and trainer manager tool installed but even when i run the trainer through the offline code it still doesnt authorize

i will be completely embarrassed if it just takes time to process my authorization but i honestly think it has something to do with my account going expired, as i have noticed many people with this problem upgraded their account from a previously expired account. please, maybe if there is a way to transfer my account to another profile. maybe i just need to start fresh? hopefully i wont have to pay another membership fee

Delete your cookies and browser cache and try again.

Also the only way the offline key works is when you don't have access to the net, then the trainer will authenticate with the key file (which has to be more than 0 bytes).

Be patient if the above doesn't work, admin will see what is wrong.
