Who is getting one of these $999 cards for their gaming rig? Or even 2 for SLI.

Read up about it earlier today man I would love to get my hands on one but I can't justify needing it at all lol

now who in their right mind buys a graphic card for a thousand dollars? just because its new and expensive don't always mean its good.

Me not that I have brought a titan but I did buy a gtx295 when they where new and in new Zealand it was over a grand about 1499 to be more precise, apparently living in the arzehole of the world doubles the price

If I were younger, less mature, and had won the lottery recently... yes.

But as much as the performance of the thing makes me salivate... I already have a 580. Why do I need to upgrade?

I would never spend a thousand dollars on a graphics card.
My PC runs Crysis 2 and The Witcher 2 with no problems what-so-ever.That's good enough for me.

Its a nice card, fastest SINGLE GPU on the market.

indeed but 6 months to a year from now AMD will have one better for a lower price.

nonetheless if i had the money to burn i would get a few cards and set up SLI.
