I keep having a bug on chapter 13 against the boss, your supposed to trap him with harpoons and then

Snow monster bug/Glitch Fix

If you are stuck on the snow monster and can't kill him and he just pulls away from the harpoons and they are still there as if hooked into the creature. Then you need to reduce all your graphics settings down to low and put it into windowed mode. This has worked for me and many others.

That file is gone and that was from early last year. If he doesn't see this and reply you might want to try sending him a PM about it to see if he might still have it.
