Hello I am having problems running the Euro Truck Simulator 2 trainer. When i try and unzip the trainer the readme works but it says access is denied when it tries to unzip the trainer. I have cleared my temp internet files and i have disabled my AV and UAC. Thank you for your help.

completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software.
