Not sure if the game has been updated since the last release of the trainer or not. I tried several of the games with no luck. Trainer opens fine but doesn't recognize when I hit F1 at main menu. No 'activate'. Nothing. Disabled av, ran in admin, even tried the activate trainer manually button on the trainer. No luck so far.
Tested, everything works A1 🙂
Some anti-viruses do not completely shut off when disabled, you need to uninstall it or white-list the trainer, CH_Temp.tmp and ~Mnn133.tmp
did you change the compatibiliy of both the game because some of these games runs better at whatever they are good at, like when i play RA2/yuri revenge, i change it run win98 then also change the trainer to that too and the trainer and when opening the trainer and run the trainer as administrator

Nope, the "Ultimate Collection" was made to run on Windows 7 to 10 (as the trainer).
Yep, the trainer have to be run as admin., in fact most of them need administrative permission, whatever the game or OS

I tried what you guys said. For what its worth the only anti-virus I have is Windows Defender. I disabled it and added the trainer to the firewall exemption as well. Also tried using the compatibility mode as well. Not sure what its doing. I've used CH trainers for many, many years and they typically work well.

I had the same problem with Microsoft Security Essentials, even after white-listing the trainer, CH_Temp.tmp and ~Mnn133.tmp!
To prevent the blocking I had to turn off "real-time protection" (not recommended) for the duration of the game-play.
Another thing to watch is the "User Account Control Settings" (UAC), I put mine on "Never notify" to be prevent further impediments.
Please revert any compatibility mode (except admin. mode), otherwise the game and the trainer might not work properly
