It's supposed to be uncut. Usually Capcom only releases one version. Raccoon City was an exception. I know that "Germany Problem" too well. The Eu version is 16 so no difference there.

For any of you waiting for a trainer I just figured I would throw out there that CoSMOS with 4 byte searches do work at least for the red orbs so that you can get as many items as you need. I am still trying to find out what I need to edit to boost the upgrade points.

I think it's a mistake to try to compare it to the previous incarnation. It'll ruin your perspective. I've seen it happen too many times before with games and movies. Better to look at it as a whole new game. Odds are you'll appreciate it more.
