I love Steam. I've been using it since it was released and it's brilliant! No more searching through the web for a patch for a 10 year old game. No more downloading said patch and finding out that some wanna-be hacker has added some virus to it. No more carting CD's and DVD's around in my laptop bag so I can play my games on the road. I've never once had a problem playing a game (on my desktop or my laptop) caused by Steam taking up resources in the background. I laugh at your whiny nerd-rage and celebrate the glory that is Steam.

Here's how you get rid of steam............ok....Ready....start a digital distribution system and make a nice little piece of software to distribute the products and make deals with all of the major game publishers and software developers and start selling their products, sometimes at ridiculously low prices and you should be good to go.......
