Is it possible to hack the animus hack lol
Like in unlocking the animus hack whitout the pivots?

Simply put the answer is no the first pivot that gives you the man of steel(invulnerable) is always in the same set place in boston however all other pivots are placed by other players in random places which is why you need an active internet connection to the Ubisoft server to find the pivots as the locations constantly change every few hours.

Plus its only for people who legally bought the game, if you then made an option unlocking them then people who didn't buy the game could access the other content.

Besides the pivots are easy to find.

So why do you not want to find the pivots?

The pivots are easy to find indeed but, hard to make them hard to get for others. There are people on the console-versions upset at players who place the pivots inside city window escapes as well as high mid-air...I wonder how would we achive this on the PC.
